Youth Ministry - St. Anthony's Church, Basavanapura

The Youth Ministry at St. Anthony's Church, Basavanapura, is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth, leadership, and social engagement of young people within our parish community. Recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities faced by today's youth, the ministry seeks to provide a supportive and dynamic environment where young parishioners can deepen their faith, develop their talents, and actively participate in the life of the Church.

Mission and Vision

The mission of the Youth Ministry is to inspire and empower the young people of our parish to live as disciples of Jesus Christ. Our vision is to create a vibrant and inclusive community where youth can grow spiritually, form lasting friendships, and become active leaders in the Church and society.

Core Activities

  • Faith Formation: The Youth Ministry offers comprehensive catechetical programs designed to deepen the understanding and practice of the Catholic faith among young people.   • Youth Leaders: Young people who take on leadership roles, organizing activities and representing the youth in parish meetings.

  • Volunteers: Adults and older youth who provide support and mentorship, assisting with various programs and events.

The Youth Ministry meets regularly to plan and coordinate activities, discuss spiritual topics, and build fellowship. Meetings are designed to be engaging and interactive, incorporating prayer, discussion, and planning.
